Rules & Regulations

1. No Cheating: This includes copying flags from other teams, collaborating with other teams, or any other dishonest behavior.

2. Maintain Respectful Conduct: Rude behavior, use of profanities, or any form of harassment will not be tolerated.

3. No Disruptive Actions: Do not engage in activities such as DDoS attacks, flag removal, or any behavior that disrupts the competition.

4. Do Not Attack the CTF Platform: Any attempts to attack or compromise "ctfd.phantomctf.com" are strictly prohibited.

5. Committee Authority: The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify or penalize any team found in violation of these rules and regulations. All decisions made by the committee are final.

6. By participating in this CTF, you agree to abide by all stated rules and conditions. If you do not agree, you will be prohibited from participating.
